*WATCHMAN WARNING! : Who are those who never get into the Kingdom of Heaven, never get into the New Jerusalem?

 

Focus on these words from the very last chapter of the Bible:

 

Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. – Revelation 22:15

 

These are the Lord’s own words in the last chapter of the Bible.  

 

Except for the word “dogs,” these words are pretty clear to our modern day.  That word “dogs” refers in the original Greek to ungodly people with impure minds living in immoral ways. 

 

Jesus does not mince words.  He was crystal clear in the gospels about what it takes to be in the Kingdom of God (to be saved), about how many do not find the way, about how even some people who say they have done great works in his name may not be known by him and will be ordered away.  He talked to Nicodemus about the need for a person to be born anew – born of water and the Spirit.  He talked later in the same chapter emphasizing the phrase “believe in him.”  Elsewhere he spoke of the need to do the Father’s will.  And of the need to be like little children, e.g., to have that innocent true faith of little children.  Paul in his words said a person must confess Jesus is their Lord and believe in their heart that God raised him from the dead.

 

Now here at the very end of the Bible we see Jesus saying flatly these are those who are outside. 

 

Ultimately, you are responsible for your own relationship with Jesus. No one else can handle that for you.  Parents, friends, ministers can help along the way, but in the end it is you and Jesus.

 

And as possible you certainly should do all you can and all you are led by the Holy Spirit to do in helping God the Father lead others to Jesus – your family members, work associates, neighbors, and so many more.  The fact remains, as Jesus said himself, no one can come to Jesus unless the Father draws that person.  We of course do not know who the Father will draw, but we surely can pray and ask the Father to draw specific people to Jesus.  And we can do our part in getting the message out about Jesus, about who he is, and about his imminent return.

* GOD MOMENT: ANOTHER ANGEL

 

It was a terribly hot and humid day many years ago.  Cathy and I had been spending all day searching for a place to move in the Wilmington area.  Long had we wanted to live near the coast and this was our opportunity. 

 

About four or five in the afternoon we were back in the middle of Wilmington near the famous Riverwalk.  We stood hot on the street corner and saw a small store across the street selling cold drinks, so we stepped out to cross.  Cathy had seen it first and she was already several steps ahead of me.

 

As I walked in the crosswalk, I saw a disheveled, dirty man carrying an unkempt bag over his back coming towards me.  He looked tired and down and out, and I just knew he was about to ask me for money.  But I was so tired, so wet from perspiration and the beating down of the August sun all day, and I just didn’t want to stop.  I wanted that cold drink and I walked determinedly right past him.   

 

About two steps past the man, I suddenly had a revelation.  “That was an angel!”

 

I immediately turned around.  He was not there.  No one was in the crosswalk.  He had just vanished.

 

It had been a test.  And I said to myself, “failed that one!”

 

Wonder how many times in life we encounter people God puts in our path that we are there to help, and we just pass them by?  Wonder how many times that person is an angel?  This time, he really was.

* SIGN OF THE TIMES: IT'S ALL INTENTIONAL

  

We are living in the times of an intentional effort not only to bring down the economy but to destroy many aspects of the culture and society we have come to know as America.  The apparent end goal is to bring America down to the point it will willingly join in with a one-world government currently being orchestrated by the UN in its 2030 agenda and the World Economic Forum in its "great reset."

 

You as a believer in the Lord and one who reads our newsletters and other writings know there is much more to all this, of course.  You know that the move to the one-world government is part of the day by day move towards the beginning of the Tribulation period.  It is the one-world government the antichrist comes to lead.

 

But this progress toward that government is very hard for all believers and many others to take.  Watching the destruction of the economy and society by intentional actions of the president and his cabinet, the UN, the World Economic Forum, and others is pretty disturbing.  So is watching Congress just sit back and observe this all happening.  We have to wonder just how deceived they all are and whether they even recognize what is happening.  And we have to believe that many in the media and other groups who seem to be going along with all this are also deceived.

 

My advice to all of you still is to keep your eyes on Jesus and go forward in all he has called you to.  And certainly stand up for truth whenever you can.  God is truth.  Jesus is truth.  Always ask the Holy Spirit to orchestrate your days and arrange any encounters he would have you have.

* GOD MOMENT: ANGELS

Back in 2017 and 2018 we sent out a series of GOD MOMENT emails, accounts of clear and obvious direct involvement of God in our lives.  Most of those described specific divine healings or miracles.  I think we all surely need the encouragement of those wonderful events today in these difficult times, so we will again be sending out a GOD MOMENT periodically.

My thought is to begin by focusing on encounters with angels.  Most believers love to hear about real life encounters of people with angels.  I expect some of you may even have had such an encounter.  Remember, we know from Hebrews 1:14 that God has sent his angels to serve those who will inherit salvation – in other words, all you believers. 

You likely all know about the dramatic encounter I had with an angel in the car accident in Beverly Hills many years ago.  If not, you can read that account by going to our website and clicking on TESTIMONY in the menu column.  Or you can read Appendix 3 of our book WAKE UP AMERICA! 

The angel in the car accident appeared in human form.  Often that is the case.  But now I am going to tell you of the time I encountered three angels not in human form but truly ethereal.  They were white and translucent.  I could see through them.

This is how it all happened.  I was in another city and was to speak at an evening service.  The music leader was leading the praise and worship, and I was sitting on the front row as I always do so I am ready to go up when it is time for me to speak.

It was a joyous time and people were singing and praising God.  As the music and singing continued, I looked up and there right at the podium stood an angel.  He was just as I have described.  I could see right through him.  He was about eight feet tall and he may even have had one arm on the podium.  Yes, he had arms, although I couldn’t really distinguish much below his waist.  The white just went down to the floor and was in a way “flowing.”  There were two more angels on the stage.  One further back and one to the right by the door off the stage.

When I saw the angel by the podium, he looked directly at me and smiled!  Then he suddenly motioned with his arms that the podium was mine, that it was ready for me.  Both arms were pointing at the podium.  And so I went up to begin.

I do not remember when they disappeared, but it seems to me they were not there when I got to the podium.  At least I could not see them anymore.  I did not say anything about the angels to the audience.  

A few days later I was back in our office when the telephone rang.  It was the music leader who had been there that night.  He called to tell me that he had been contacted by a couple from another city who had been at the service.  They had come with their young daughter.  The reason the music leader called was to tell me that the couple said when they got home their daughter had told them about seeing the angels!  How wonderful is that!

I don’t know how many saw the angels that night.  It may have just been that girl and me.  But it was one great moment of encouragement for me to say the least!

God bless you all.  Keep your eyes on Jesus.  He is never going to lose any of you.

* WATCHMAN WARNING: EVIL - WHAT BELIEVERS KNOW AND UNBELIEVERS DO NOT

  

Evil is real.  Evil is a person.  It is the devil, Satan, Lucifer, the evil one, whatever you want to call him, and all his minions.  One third of the angels followed the devil.

 

God is real too, and Jesus Christ.

 

Right now in time, this devil is the ruler of the earth.  The whole world is under the control of the evil one.  John the disciple said that in 1 John 5:19.

 

The god of this age (the devil) has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.  Paul said that in 2 Corinthians 4:4.

 

He is the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience.  Paul said that too, in Ephesians 2:2.

 

Lots of Christians and denominations miss these very important points.  Yes of course Jesus defeated the devil in going to and through the cross and yes believers in Jesus indeed are in the Kingdom of God already and have great protections against this evil one and his dark kingdom if they use what God has provided them.  And yes Jesus is coming soon to gather his sheep and shortly thereafter to win the battle against evil at Armageddon and lock this devil in a deep pit.

 

All these people on earth who do not know the Lord, who are not in the Kingdom of God, are ready prey for the devil and his many evil spirits, his demons.  His lies, his deception work readily in people who cannot discern the truth.  All these many people do not know about putting on the armor of God.  They do not know about the authority the believer has to cast out demons.  They do not have the protection that God has sent to his believers in the form of angels he sends to serve all those who will inherit salvation.  They don’t know any of that.

 

They are easily led astray.  Look every day at the terrible acts of evil you read about or hear about, depraved acts of individuals and groups, horrible crimes, terrible actions like those of the shooter in Uvalde Texas.  Look at the behavior of some people near you, maybe even family members who do not know Jesus.  Their behavior may not be as horribly violent as that of this shooter or the criminals committing all the atrocities on the streets of some big cities today, but they are still lost and have no protection against this evil one whenever he chooses to lead them astray.

 

All this talk about mental illness and guns and homes without fathers and drugs and so on…all serious subjects to be sure, but all side issues.  The real issue is that the devil and his minions are running amuck now in the world in these last of the last days.  And those without Jesus are lost and ready prey.  Leaders of the nation without Jesus have no idea of what is really happening.  Neither do media or entertainers or business executives or university presidents without Jesus. 

 

That is the world you live in now.  It is not a pleasant peaceful place.  But this is the truth.  To the extent possible this evil one surely will attempt to attack believers in the Lord, especially whenever they let their guard down or stray from the faith in any way.  And he will most assuredly attack through others close to the believers, through unbelieving friends and family.  Or maybe through other factors, like finances or business or whatever.

 

It all comes back to that basic truth of Keeping Your Eyes on Jesus, of staying in the faith, of using the tools God has provided.  Watch that you are not deceived, and use that wonderful gift of the Spirit, discernment.  And always remember, Jesus is not going to lose you.

*WATCHMAN WARNING! ONE-WORLD: GIVING AWAY THE SOVEREIGNTY OF THE NATIONS

 

The following is a clear example of the steady march to the one-world government of the Tribulation.

 

A noteworthy meeting of the World Health Assembly, the decision arm of the World Health Organization, will begin this Sunday May 22.  The World Health Organization is the directing and coordinating authority on international health within the United Nations system.

 

The US and other nations will vote there to give the World Health Organization (WHO) expanded influence and control over world health issues in emergency situations.  The actual title to the proposed amendments is “Strengthening WHO preparedness for and response to health emergencies.”

 

Under the new amendments the WHO shall have the authority to declare a healthcare emergency in a nation with or without the agreement of the nation.  WHO shall investigate the emergency problem in the specific nation and develop and give the nation steps it should take (called “recommendations” in the amendments).  This is all giving away the authority of the individual nations to the World Health Organization in matters relating to health. For example, the organization could suddenly decide there are serious health issues in the US and recommend all sorts of recommended controls on the American citizens!  (Of course, one would think the US might refuse to follow those recommendations, but then the US will have signed on and agreed to the new amendments allowing this.).

 

In January it was the Biden administration itself that sent the WHO organization these amendments to be voted on that give it this authority.  We never heard anything about that in the press, did we, not from the liberal or the conservative media.  It was not until sometime in April that the proposed amendments became known, and still we aren’t hearing anything about it now in the mainstream media, just from a few other sources.  And we have heard little from members of Congress, just a few comments on Twitter.  In existing World Health Organization rules there is the provision that after such a vote, member nations have up to 18 months to reconsider and withdraw their vote.  But these amendments themselves reduce that period to just six months! 

 

This is a brazen, glaring “one-world government” step right in front of your face.  It is difficult to believe the US government could give away effective control of its citizens to an outside organization without Congress considering and approving, but it seems it believes it can.

 

Just wanted you to know.  I don’t want to continually rehash all the terrible things that are happening in these last days that in effect are dismantling the US and its traditions and culture, but this is such an obvious part of the one-world movement that I wanted to point it out. 

 

Keep your eyes on Jesus.  Stay focused on him and his peace and on what he has called you to do.  Remember, he is not going to lose any of his believers.

SIGN OF THE TIMES: MANNA FOR THE PEOPLE OF GOD

 

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. – John 14:27

 

I have overcome the world. – John 16:33

 

…everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. – 1 John 5:4

 

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him,
and he delivers them. – Psalm 34:7

 

…all things are possible with God. – Mark 10:27

 

…whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these… – John 14:12

 

 

 

Did you read all those words above?  Read them again.  And again.

 

Peace. 

 

Jesus is our hope – our only hope. He always has been.  Live in him always.  Keep your eyes on Jesus!

 

So many people today have been and are walking and living in fear.  It is obvious.  So many are still cowed and frightened from the past two years.  So many are afraid to speak up, to state obvious truths for fear of being attacked or shouted down by the politically correct, the abusive press and aggressive woke and progressive movements.  The past two years have brought a huge number of Americans down into a submissive posture, submissive to the orders and direction of secular leaders, many of whom have tried and continue to try to command and really control the lives of the people.

 

But we believers know who we are.  We know who a woman is; we don’t need to have anyone define that.  We know the evils of and how God views all these sexually perverse lifestyles that are trying to move into the mainstream of society. 

 

And we do recognize the risks of covid have fallen to be at the level of other risks of life, not a terrifying plague.  Once I listed all those who die yearly from cancer and heart disease and respiratory illness and more – those are big numbers, really big numbers.  And how about the number that die from traffic accidents and suicide and so on. 

 

Recently I read an article by psychiatrist Mark McDonald who put covid in perspective.  He was writing about the incredible fear of Americans today, the fear engendered by the actions of the press and the government leaders, the fear that led Americans to willingly submit to all those controls and still live lives of fear.  Think for a moment about those high school students who today still want to wear masks in school, or those people who drive down the street by themselves wearing masks.  Think about the forced wearing of masks by two to four year-olds in NYC.  And think about how now we are seeing studies that make the point masks never had provided the protection that was promoted.  Fear is not from God. 

 

I quote here just one paragraph from a Mark McDonald interview:

 

"If you actually look at raw data in terms of deaths, looking at the CDC’s own data, 94 percent of all the recorded deaths were of people who were suffering from three or four significant serious comorbidities (e.g., diseases that lead to death), and the average age of death actually exceeds the average lifespan of the American citizen."

 

If the American people had known who covid really impacted, they might not have ever reacted the way they did.  But the media and the government never let those truths get out.  They very clearly were lying to the American people. 

 

To fulfill the scripture that what was hidden will be revealed, we see now - and will be seeing more and more - all sorts of truths coming into the light.  Still, many continue to live in fear and remain silent on issues where Christians should be speaking out. 

 

You who know the Lord must stand up for him and for his truths.  Jesus is truth.  Regardless of how close we are to his return, and how wicked and evil society at large seems to have become, we can represent the Lord wherever we are.  Why should we care what others think of us?  We are standing up for the Lord.  If you acknowledge him always wherever you are, he will acknowledge you before his father, but if not, he will not do that.

 

Read again the opening scriptures at the beginning of this article.  They are true.  You know the truth.  Live in it.  Live in the peace of the Lord.
